Dylan Lackey

Lieutenant
Lt. Dylan Lackey joined the Harlem Roscoe Fire department in December of 2019. He was promoted to
the rank of Lieutenant in January of 2023

Dylan grew up in Rockford and graduated from East High School in 2010. Dylan started his fire and EMS
career in 2011 when he obtained his EMT-B license. He would later obtain his paramedic license in 2019.
Dylan holds state certifications in Basic Firefighter Operations, Hazmat Operations, Rope Operations,
Water Rescue Operations, Watercraft Technician, Fire Service Instructor 1, and Fire Service Vehicle
Operator. Dylan is also the EMS coordinator for Harlem Roscoe as of 2022.

Dylan is a full-time FF/Paramedic for Harlem Roscoe Fire. Dylan currently lives in Machesney Park with
his wife Monica and daughter Maggie.
